Affiliate Program Outreach Director

Summary

‍We’re hiring a strategic and proactive Affiliate Program Outreach Director to lead and expand our affiliate recruitment efforts. This role is focused on tracking outreach, managing offers, and identifying high-potential partners to grow our affiliate network using our internal systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach strategies to recruit new affiliates aligned with our mission and audience.

Use our internal CRM and prospecting systems to track outreach activity, including who we’ve contacted, what was offered, and current status.

Maintain detailed records of communications, proposals, and affiliate interest within tracking dashboards and spreadsheets.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine outreach messaging, incentive structures, and partnership offers.

Identify and research new potential affiliate partners through online searches, social media, and networking.

Monitor the performance of outreach campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.

Serve as the point of contact for high-value prospects during the onboarding and decision-making phase.

Qualifications:
Strong background in outreach, partnerships, or business development.

Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or program recruitment is highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel), Google Sheets, and tracking tools.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
