Article Review Team Member

Summary

‍We are looking for a detail-oriented and editorially skilled Article Reviewer to help ensure the quality, accuracy, and professionalism of educational and marketing content before publication. This role supports our content development team by reviewing articles related to dental assisting, student success, industry trends, and program updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and edit articles for grammar, clarity, tone, factual accuracy, and consistency.

Ensure content aligns with organizational voice, goals, and intended audience (primarily prospective and current students).

Fact-check sources and confirm that medical or dental terminology is used correctly.

Collaborate with writers, editors, and program staff to provide constructive feedback and approve final drafts.

Flag outdated or incorrect information and recommend updates or revisions.

Maintain editorial guidelines and support continuous improvement of our publishing standards.

Qualifications:
Strong proofreading and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Background in journalism, communications, education, healthcare, or related fields preferred.

Familiarity with AP style or similar editorial standards.

Comfortable using Google Docs, Grammarly, or content management systems.

Ability to work independently and meet review deadlines.

Experience reviewing or creating content in the dental or medical field is a plus.
