Summary
We are seeking a proactive and articulate LinkedIn DM Coordinator to manage and support our direct messaging outreach on LinkedIn. This role is key to helping collaborators execute effective, professional, and brand-aligned communication while tracking performance and ensuring consistent results across our LinkedIn engagement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support collaborator outreach efforts via LinkedIn direct messaging.
Review DM conversations to ensure they are professional, on-brand, and effectively written.
Provide personalized feedback and best practices to collaborators to improve outreach success.
Track key metrics including number of messages sent, response rates, qualified leads, and conversions.
Maintain templates, SOPs, and message scripts tailored for different audience segments.
Collaborate with the LinkedIn Campaign Head and marketing team to align messaging with broader campaigns and goals.
Stay current on LinkedIn’s messaging tools, platform policies, and user behavior trends to improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B communication, or social media direct messaging campaigns.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and capable of managing message reviews and reporting across multiple collaborators.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outreach tracking software is a plus.
Supportive and coaching mindset, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
Experience in education, outreach, or community engagement is preferred.
