SOP & Process Developer

Summary‍

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven System Builder to design and implement internal workflows, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and operational frameworks that support the efficiency and scalability of our programs. This role is essential to improving how our teams operate and ensuring consistency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop clear, step-by-step SOPs for various departments including admissions, marketing, outreach, student services, and collaborator management.

Build and document repeatable systems that streamline daily tasks, communication, and data management.

Work with team leads to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement or automation.

Organize and store all SOPs and system documents in a centralized, easy-to-access knowledge base.

Ensure all procedures are standardized, up to date, and aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.

Provide simple training documentation or walkthroughs to help team members adopt new systems quickly.

Qualifications:
Experience developing SOPs, process maps, and systems for startups, schools, or operational teams.

Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Ability to think critically and design systems that are scalable, clear, and efficient.

Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Self-motivated, process-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience in education, vocational training, or administrative support is a plus.
