Webflow Website Designer

Summary

‍We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Webflow Designer to design, build, and maintain high-converting, user-friendly web pages that reflect our brand and mission. This role is responsible for using Webflow to bring our educational and marketing content to life with clean, responsive, and on-brand designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually compelling and functional web pages using Webflow.

Collaborate with the content, marketing, and program teams to turn ideas into fully built, responsive site sections and landing pages.

Maintain and update existing Webflow pages to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and performance.

Implement responsive design best practices for seamless viewing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Ensure proper use of classes, symbols, CMS collections, and animations to maintain organized and scalable builds.

Optimize pages for performance, SEO, and user experience.

Assist with version control, QA testing, and content updates as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and design systems.

Experience working with Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, and custom embeds.

Eye for clean, modern design and attention to detail in layout, spacing, and typography.

Familiarity with SEO basics, website optimization, and web accessibility standards.

Experience in education, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
