Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Admissions Department Data Analyst to support our enrollment operations through accurate tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role is essential in helping us monitor applicant behavior, optimize the admissions funnel, and make informed decisions to improve the student enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze admissions data including leads, applications, conversions, enrollments, and dropout rates.
Monitor performance across key funnel stages (e.g., inquiry → application → enrollment) and identify trends or bottlenecks.
Develop dashboards and weekly reports to provide visibility into admissions performance and team KPIs.
Assist with forecasting and goal setting using historical data and current trends.
Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies with insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM platforms and admissions tracking tools.
Support the development of SOPs for admissions reporting, lead tracking, and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Experience in data analysis, admissions operations, or enrollment analytics.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills for translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in education, student recruitment, or performance-based outreach is a plus.
Familiarity with lead generation, nurturing workflows, or funnel analytics is preferred.
