Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Affiliate Program Coach to support and guide participants in our growing affiliate program. This role is key to helping affiliates understand the program, use their tools effectively, and maximize their success in promoting our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new affiliates and provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions to ensure they understand the program structure, tools, and expectations.
Offer ongoing support to affiliates via email, chat, or virtual meetings to help them improve performance.
Share strategies for successful promotion, including social media tips, referral techniques, and content ideas.
Track affiliate engagement and performance using internal dashboards and CRM tools.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the affiliate experience and increase program effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing and programs teams to ensure affiliates are aligned with current campaigns and messaging.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or coaching is preferred.
Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel), spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for education, marketing, or helping others succeed in a performance-based environment.
