SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Affiliate Program Data Analyst to support the growth and optimization of our affiliate program. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data to help improve outreach strategies, track affiliate contributions, and guide decision-making across the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze data related to affiliate performance, including clicks, leads, conversions, and payout metrics.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to visualize campaign effectiveness and individual affiliate contributions.
Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities within the affiliate program using data insights.
Work with the affiliate program head and outreach team to improve targeting, messaging, and ROI.
Support the creation of SOPs for data tracking, reporting, and performance evaluation within the affiliate program.
Provide regular performance summaries and recommendations to leadership to guide program strategy.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and reports.
Qualifications:
Experience in data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or affiliate program reporting.
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or similar data management tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Comfortable working with CRM platforms, affiliate tracking tools, or analytics dashboards.
Excellent communication skills, especially when translating data into strategic recommendations.
Experience in education, marketing, or performance-based program environments is a plus.
