Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Backlinks Campaign Head to lead our link-building efforts and strengthen our online authority. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-quality backlink campaigns, managing outreach teams, and ensuring all backlink activities align with SEO best practices and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee backlink strategies to increase domain authority, search rankings, and referral traffic.
Manage outreach campaigns to bloggers, directories, media outlets, and educational platforms for guest posting and link placement opportunities.
Lead a team of backlink collaborators by providing scripts, templates, goals, and regular feedback.
Track campaign performance metrics such as acquired links, referring domains, domain authority, and anchor text diversity.
Build and maintain relationships with external site owners, content partners, and publishers.
Ensure all backlink practices follow white-hat SEO guidelines and avoid spammy or low-quality sources.
Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to align backlink efforts with keyword strategies and on-page content.
Create and refine SOPs for backlink prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO and backlink campaign management.
Strong understanding of link-building strategies, tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and search engine algorithms.
Excellent written communication skills and outreach experience.
Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
Organized and analytical, with the ability to track campaign results and make data-informed decisions.
Experience in education, content marketing, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
