Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Cold Email Campaign Head to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our cold outreach initiatives. This role is essential in managing our cold email systems, supporting collaborators, and driving high-quality engagement with prospective partners, students, or collaborators through well-crafted, data-backed campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of cold email campaigns, including target list creation, messaging development, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Manage a team of collaborators involved in outreach—providing training, scripts, tools, and personalized feedback.
Ensure all outreach aligns with brand tone, campaign goals, and compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, opt-outs, etc.).
Analyze key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions to identify winning strategies and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain SOPs for cold email workflows, list segmentation, follow-up cadences, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and affiliate teams to ensure campaigns support larger growth goals.
Maintain outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist) and ensure all technical setups (DNS, deliverability) are optimized.
Qualifications:
Proven experience running cold email campaigns with measurable success.
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and personalization.
Familiarity with cold email platforms, CRM systems, and deliverability best practices.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a remote outreach team.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategy accordingly.
Experience in education, lead generation, or B2B marketing is a plus.
