Summary
We’re seeking an encouraging and insightful Collaboration Program Coach to guide and support individuals involved in our collaboration initiatives. This role is focused on motivating collaborators, reviewing their work, and offering constructive feedback to help them succeed and stay aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with collaborators on a regular basis to provide guidance, encouragement, and motivation.
Review submitted collaboration work (such as content, outreach, or marketing materials) and offer actionable feedback.
Ensure all collab contributions align with our brand values, tone, and objectives.
Track collaborator progress and maintain communication records in our internal systems.
Help collaborators improve their performance by sharing tips, resources, and examples of high-quality work.
Collaborate with program managers to develop recognition, rewards, or improvement strategies for collaborators.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and coaching skills with a positive, supportive attitude.
Experience in team leadership, coaching, or program coordination preferred.
Familiarity with content creation, outreach strategies, or affiliate-style partnerships is a plus.
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRMs, and internal tracking tools.
