Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and quality-driven Editorial Program Campaign Head to lead our editorial content initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our editorial campaigns—from content planning and contributor coordination to quality control and performance tracking—ensuring that all published materials align with our mission and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content across all editorial channels (articles, blogs, newsletters, etc.).
Manage a team of writers, editors, and collaborators—providing clear direction, deadlines, and feedback.
Ensure all content meets internal quality, tone, and branding standards.
Develop and maintain SOPs for content creation, submission, editing, and publishing workflows.
Track performance of published content using engagement metrics (traffic, shares, time on page, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, outreach, and social media teams to align content with broader campaign goals.
Identify and recruit new contributors or guest writers to grow and diversify content output.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content management, editorial leadership, or campaign direction.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a clear understanding of voice, tone, and audience targeting.
Ability to manage deadlines, delegate tasks, and oversee multiple contributors.
Proficiency with content tools (Google Docs, CMS platforms, Airtable, etc.) and basic content performance analytics.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Experience in education, publishing, or digital marketing is a plus.
