Key Responsibilities:
Develop and distribute surveys to gather feedback from staff, contractors, and collaborators on various aspects of their work experience.
Coordinate survey timelines, questions, distribution channels, and participation tracking.
Analyze survey data and summarize key findings into actionable reports for leadership and department heads.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure anonymity when handling sensitive employee responses.
Collaborate with team leads to identify survey topics and create targeted questions aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor response rates and implement strategies to increase engagement and participation.
Support the development of SOPs for ongoing feedback loops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in employee engagement, HR, operations, or data analysis roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to design surveys that are clear, unbiased, and insightful (experience with tools like Google Forms, Typeform, or SurveyMonkey preferred).
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Comfortable working independently and maintaining confidentiality.
Experience in education, workforce development, or remote teams is a plus.
