GoHighLevel CRM Specialist

Summary

‍We’re seeking a tech-savvy and process-driven CRM Automation & Systems Specialist to build and manage systems within our GoHighLevel CRM. This role supports multiple departments by developing automations, optimizing workflows, and maintaining accurate statistics that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement custom workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel to streamline internal operations.

Create dashboards and reports to track key departmental statistics such as lead generation, student onboarding, communication follow-ups, and retention metrics.

Maintain and optimize CRM data accuracy and segmentation for email, SMS, and task-based automations.

Collaborate with admissions, student support, and administrative teams to build systems that support daily operations.

Ensure CRM processes are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with compliance and reporting needs.

Provide support and training to staff on how to use CRM tools and dashboards effectively.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms).

Strong understanding of automation logic, trigger-based systems, and lead pipelines.

Ability to analyze and visualize data using built-in or integrated reporting tools.

Organized, analytical, and comfortable translating real-world workflows into system logic.

Experience in education, admissions, or student lifecycle management is a plus.
