Human Resources Department Head

Summary

‍We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Hiring Manager to lead and streamline our recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for identifying staffing needs, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring we bring on top-tier talent to support our mission across various departments and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and applicant screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.

Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure timely, professional communication with all candidates.

Conduct interviews and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and fair evaluations.

Develop and maintain SOPs for the hiring process to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.

Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to optimize hiring timelines and candidate quality.

Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and digital hiring tools.

Ability to manage multiple open roles and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience creating and improving hiring SOPs and workflows.

Background in education, healthcare, or vocational training environments is a plus.
