We are seeking a reliable and communication-focused Bluesky DM Coordinator to oversee and manage direct messaging outreach on the Bluesky platform. This role plays a key part in building meaningful connections with prospective students, collaborators, and community members through personalized, professional messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize direct message (DM) outreach on Bluesky, ensuring all communication is timely, brand-aligned, and mission-driven.
Assist collaborators by reviewing their messages, offering feedback, and maintaining tone consistency across conversations.
Track DM activity including number of messages sent, replies received, engagement quality, and conversion potential.
Maintain clear logs of outreach, responses, and key community interactions for internal reporting and strategy adjustments.
Provide insight on messaging performance and support the optimization of outreach templates and strategies.
Collaborate with the Bluesky Campaign Head to align DM efforts with overall campaign and engagement objectives.
Stay informed about Bluesky features, updates, and user behavior to improve outreach practices.
Qualifications:
Experience with social media messaging or outreach, especially on platforms like Bluesky, Twitter, or Threads.
Excellent written communication skills with an adaptable and professional tone.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volumes of direct communication across multiple users.
Familiarity with platform etiquette, decentralized social media dynamics, and online community engagement.
Supportive, self-motivated, and proactive in improving systems and helping team members communicate effectively.
Experience in education, outreach, or mission-driven digital engagement is a plus.
