Summary
We are seeking a responsive and organized Instagram DM Coordinator to manage and support direct messaging efforts on Instagram. This role is essential for maintaining strong communication with potential students, collaborators, and community members, while ensuring all interactions reflect the organization’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing Instagram direct messages, ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned communication.
Support collaborators by reviewing message templates, providing feedback, and ensuring consistency in tone and outreach goals.
Track key DM performance metrics including response rates, lead conversions, and conversation quality.
Maintain organized records of outreach activities, message outcomes, and collaborator engagement.
Identify frequently asked questions and common themes to improve messaging efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Instagram Campaign Head and outreach team to align DM strategy with overall campaign objectives.
Stay up to date with Instagram’s features, community guidelines, and platform trends to improve engagement and compliance.
Qualifications:
Experience managing direct messaging on Instagram or similar platforms for outreach, marketing, or support purposes.
Strong written communication skills with an engaging, clear, and professional tone.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high message volumes and multiple contributors.
Familiarity with Instagram’s messaging tools, user engagement patterns, and platform culture.
