Instagram Engagement Coordinator

Summary

‍We are seeking a creative and community-oriented Instagram Engagement Coordinator to lead interaction efforts on our Instagram account. This role is responsible for boosting audience engagement, supporting collaborators, and ensuring that all Instagram activity aligns with our brand voice, values, and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily engagement on Instagram, including comments, DMs, mentions, and story interactions.

Support collaborators by providing feedback on post quality, captions, hashtags, and audience interaction strategies.

Encourage community growth by initiating and responding to comments, reposting relevant content, and fostering conversation.

Track engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, and follower growth.

Collaborate with the social media and content teams to align engagement efforts with ongoing campaigns and launches.

Share best practices, trends, and content ideas with collaborators to improve performance and consistency.

Maintain an organized log of engagement insights, collaborator contributions, and performance highlights.

Qualifications:
Experience managing or coordinating Instagram engagement for a brand, organization, or campaign.

Strong understanding of Instagram features (Stories, Reels, Highlights, Comments, DMs) and audience behavior.

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple contributors and interactions.

Supportive and collaborative mindset with a passion for helping teams grow online communities.

Experience in education, social media marketing, or influencer engagement is a plus.
