This role is responsible for overseeing campaign development, managing collaborator activity, and ensuring all LinkedIn content aligns with our brand, goals, and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead LinkedIn campaign strategies to drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Oversee a team of collaborators, providing direction, resources, and feedback to support high-quality posting and interaction.
Ensure all LinkedIn content—including posts, comments, and direct messages—aligns with brand tone, messaging, and objectives.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as impressions, engagement rates, profile growth, and lead conversions.
Create and refine SOPs for LinkedIn content creation, engagement, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and outreach teams to align LinkedIn efforts with broader organizational campaigns.
Stay current on LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep campaigns effective and relevant.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing LinkedIn campaigns or personal/professional brand accounts.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on motivating teams and maintaining quality standards.
Proficiency in LinkedIn analytics, engagement strategy, and content planning.
Experience using scheduling or engagement tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Taplio) is a plus.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple collaborators and performance dashboards.
Background in education, digital marketing, or professional development is preferred.
