Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Referral Program Campaign Head to lead and grow our referral-based outreach efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the performance of referral campaigns, supporting collaborators, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of referral marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Manage a team of collaborators, providing guidance, motivation, and regular feedback on their referral efforts.
Develop and refine campaign strategies, messaging templates, and incentive structures.
Track and analyze referral performance data (leads generated, conversions, outreach activity) and make data-driven adjustments.
Maintain clear communication with all participants, ensuring expectations and campaign updates are consistently delivered.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integration with other campaigns.
Create SOPs and systems to streamline referral workflows, outreach tracking, and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience managing referral or affiliate marketing programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital outreach systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize results.
