Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Social Media Department Data Analyst to monitor, measure, and optimize the performance of our social media campaigns across all platforms. This role is vital in helping our team make informed decisions by translating data into actionable insights that drive growth, engagement, and strategic improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Medium.
Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to present performance trends and campaign effectiveness.
Identify patterns, opportunities, and underperforming areas to guide strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with campaign heads, content creators, and engagement coordinators to inform content direction and improve targeting.
Develop SOPs for social media performance tracking, reporting, and optimization processes.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools and communication.
Qualifications:
Experience in social media analytics, marketing data analysis, or digital campaign reporting.
Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and optional platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Taplio.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in education, marketing, or growth-focused environments is a plus.
Bonus: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) or experience automating reports.
