We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team and provide frontline support to students, staff, and faculty in a dynamic vocational education environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high standard of service for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support requests via email, phone, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across student and staff systems.
Assist with account setup, password resets, LMS access, and general tech onboarding.
Maintain accurate logs of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to resolve complex issues and improve internal systems.
Provide friendly, clear guidance to non-technical users with patience and professionalism.
Support virtual and in-person classroom technologies and student platforms.
Qualifications:
Previous help desk or tech support experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Windows/Mac systems, and basic networking.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Experience with vocational education platforms is a bonus.
