Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Threads Campaign Head to lead our presence and engagement efforts on the Threads platform. This role is responsible for managing campaign strategy, overseeing collaborators, ensuring content consistency, and driving meaningful conversations that align with our brand and outreach goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an overall content and engagement strategy for the Threads platform.
Lead a team of collaborators by assigning content goals, providing creative direction, and offering performance feedback.
Ensure all Threads content aligns with the brand’s tone, messaging, and educational mission.
Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, reposts, replies, and follower growth.
Create SOPs for content planning, posting schedules, engagement practices, and performance reporting.
Stay current on Threads trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to optimize strategy and growth.
Collaborate with social media, content, and outreach teams to align Threads campaigns with broader organizational goals.
Identify top-performing content and contributors and scale best practices across the campaign.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media campaigns, ideally on Threads or similar platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X).
Strong understanding of digital community building, content strategy, and platform engagement.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of contributors.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing engagement metrics and applying insights to improve results.
Creative thinker with a pulse on social trends and platform innovation.
Experience in education, branding, or mission-driven digital outreach is a plus.
