Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and platform-savvy TikTok Campaign Auditor to review and evaluate the performance, quality, and consistency of video content produced for our TikTok campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring all content aligns with our brand standards, communicates clearly, and resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit TikTok videos created by collaborators to ensure alignment with brand tone, visual standards, campaign objectives, and platform trends.
Review video elements such as captions, hashtags, audio choices, calls-to-action, and formatting for clarity and effectiveness.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as views, likes, shares, comments, engagement rates, and follower growth.
Provide structured and supportive feedback to creators to help them improve content quality and increase impact.
Maintain audit logs, performance summaries, and feedback documentation to support continuous campaign optimization.
Collaborate with the TikTok Campaign Head and marketing team to refine strategy and identify high-performing content styles.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok algorithm changes, popular trends, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.
Qualifications:
Experience in TikTok content creation, auditing, or campaign management.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform dynamics, viral trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to evaluate both creative and performance aspects of content.
Clear and constructive communicator with experience giving feedback to creators or team members.
Familiarity with TikTok analytics and social media performance tracking tools.
Experience in education, youth outreach, or digital marketing is a plus.
