We are seeking a creative and strategic TikTok Campaign Head to lead our content and growth initiatives on TikTok. This role is responsible for overseeing campaign planning, guiding collaborators, optimizing content for visibility and engagement, and ensuring all video output aligns with our educational mission and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute TikTok content strategies that align with our marketing, educational, and outreach goals.
Lead a team of TikTok creators and collaborators by assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and offering creative feedback.
Monitor trends, audio, and platform changes to ensure content remains current, relevant, and engaging.
Oversee the production and publishing schedule of TikTok videos, ensuring consistency and quality across the campaign.
Analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rates, shares, and follower growth to refine strategy.
Collaborate with social media, video, and outreach teams to ensure TikTok content supports broader organizational goals.
Create and maintain SOPs for video creation, posting, reporting, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing TikTok content or campaigns with a strong track record of engagement and growth.
Deep understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, algorithm behavior, and content styles.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing creators or cross-functional teams.
Creative eye for video storytelling, short-form content, and audience engagement.
Familiarity with TikTok analytics and social media performance tools.
Experience in education, digital outreach, or mission-driven media production is a plus.
