Summary
We’re seeking a strategic and motivational Twitter Campaign Head to lead our Twitter-based collaboration efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing all collaborator activity related to Twitter campaigns—ensuring alignment with brand goals, providing performance feedback, and helping collaborators grow and succeed on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the strategy and execution of all Twitter collaboration campaigns.
Motivate and engage collaborators to consistently post, promote, and participate in campaign efforts.
Review and give constructive feedback on collaborator tweets, threads, and engagement tactics to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Track and analyze campaign performance using internal tools—monitoring impressions, engagement, and reach metrics tied to individual collaborators.
Coordinate with content and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure collaborators have clear direction and assets.
Identify top-performing collaborators and implement incentive or recognition strategies to drive continued excellence.
Stay up-to-date on Twitter trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing or growing Twitter accounts or campaigns, especially in an educational or marketing context.
Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.
Familiarity with engagement strategies, content planning, and Twitter analytics.
Organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple collaborators and campaign timelines.
Experience using tools like Twitter Analytics, Buffer, Hypefury, or TweetDeck is a plus.
