Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Webflow Developer to build and maintain scalable, responsive, and visually appealing websites that support our educational mission. This role will focus on using Webflow’s visual development environment and custom code integrations to bring designs to life and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow and its CMS features.
Translate Figma or design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages with precision and performance in mind.
Implement custom code when necessary (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance Webflow capabilities.
Maintain clean and organized Webflow builds using proper class naming, reusable components, and symbols.
Optimize site performance, loading speeds, and SEO fundamentals.
Troubleshoot bugs, fix layout issues, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to build web assets that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience developing in Webflow (portfolio or live examples required).
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX/UI principles.
Comfortable working with Webflow CMS, interactions, embeds, and custom code when needed.
Basic knowledge of SEO, page speed optimization, and best practices for website performance.
Familiarity with integrations (e.g., forms, CRM, analytics tools, or Zapier) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain organized documentation.
Experience in education, health, or nonprofit web projects is a bonus.
