Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic YouTube Campaign Head to lead and grow our video content presence on YouTube. This role is responsible for overseeing video production, managing a team of creators and editors, optimizing content for search and engagement, and aligning the channel’s content with our educational goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content strategy for YouTube that supports brand visibility, lead generation, and educational outreach.
Oversee the planning, production, and publishing of video content including educational videos, interviews, testimonials, and campaign-focused content.
Manage a team of video editors, content creators, and collaborators—providing direction, feedback, and publishing timelines.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum visibility and engagement.
Analyze YouTube performance metrics (views, watch time, subscriber growth, CTR, retention) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams to promote videos across platforms.
Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure consistent video uploads that align with current campaigns and student interests.
Develop and maintain SOPs for video production, optimization, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing YouTube channels and video campaigns.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithm dynamics, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience with video production workflows and collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a keen eye for content quality.
Proficiency in using YouTube Studio, analytics tools, and video optimization platforms.
Experience in education, digital marketing, or content development is a plus.
